  Utterly disappointed. I purchased 5 tickets using the program. Very easy and quick. However on arrivng to the theater the scan code does not work. Had to wait outside in line until the movie is starting just to get the tickets printed. No seats together at this point despite asking repeatedly while having to wait to let somebody in the party (arrived over 30 minutes early) go in to save seats as they were already paid for. Theater policy states not without their printed ticket so no dice. They put it all on Fandango who puts it all on them stating the scan reader is the theater's property and not Fandango's. In the end poor experience and NO customer service from either organization. Pros: Only good to check showtimes (buyer beware do not purchase using this program) Cons: UNRELIABLE PROCESS. (CHARGE SIDE WORKS GREAT)
